Tight voting going on now. The General Govt Budget is having troubles.

This isn't an easy vote for any of us. There are cuts to revenue sharing that nobody likes, but many of us believe must come.

The history of revenue sharing makes me firmly believe it should exist. Unfortunately we just don't have the money to fund it at higher levels. If revenue sharing had never come into place, I am certain the revenues received by the local units of government would be down substantially from current revenue sharing levels.
